Crystal Relaxation Experience
As soon as you walk in the door, you are invited into a space of relaxation and restoration.
The Crystal Relaxation Experience is your ‘me time’.
Your experience begins by soaking your feet in a warm, relaxing foot bath filled with crystals for you to play with. With natural Epsom Salts in the water, any tension will simply start to melt away...Your choice of herbal water or herbal tea is available to sip while you soak.
Following the foot soak, you will receive a soothing foot massage before resting on the massage table for the Laying On Of Hands and Stones. Specific crystals or stones are then placed on various points of the body, guided by the Chakras (body energy points) to increase their energy and support the energy flow in your body. The Crystals are gently massaged while they lay in position on the Chakras. Crystals are believed to hold vibrational energy and to transmit this energy to you and balance your emotional, physical and spiritual energies.
The crystals are left on for a period of time, as you rest, for them to connect with your body, and then removed. During this time, you may experience gentle sensations like tingling, warmth or you may see colours, light or other similar experiences, or you may have no sensations at all.
Your Crystal Relaxation Experience will be unique to you.
As the session comes to an end, we will discuss your experience and, when you are ready.
Benefits from your treatment can include feeling at peace with life, relaxed, revitalised, grounded , along with being rebalanced and have mental and emotional clarity.

The price of your CRE will be $100 (paid in cash or via internet banking at time of appointment).
I am now Reiki level 2 trained and combining this with my Crystal healing.

A few months ago, with an unexpected turn of events, I found myself with the opportunity to have a long, hard think about what was to come next and what I really wanted to do. It felt like it was time to follow a passion and that is working with crystals and assisting others to improve their wellbeing by introducing the Crystal Relaxation Experience.
In 2017, I studied Crystal Healing with Kay Ford of Avalon Crystal Connections.
I remember when I first walked into Avalon, this feeling of peace went through my body and I instantly felt that this was a place for me, and there was something about Crystals I felt connected to. I decided to enrol for the Crystal Healing course. Each time class finished, we would wander around the shop and next thing, oh yes, the crystal collection began!
Crystals are all through our home and we often have comments on how peaceful the house feels. I wear crystals constantly and when I sleep they are right beside me. A close friend of mine recently gave me a Rhyolite pendant and the feeling was absolutely incredible when I put it on. I cannot explain it but I do feel very different when I wear it compared to when I’m not.
I guess that's the fascination with crystals, they give you a good feeling, this is why I’ve decided to share the beauty of crystals with others.
Offering this experience is about me helping to bring a sense of contentment and and relaxation to clients.
I want to treat people to something special, as I did when I worked in my beauty and hairdressing roles. It was always fulfilling to be able to help clients feel good about themselves and this is something I believe we should all allow ourselves the experience of feeling good.
November 2022 brought about the completion of my Reiki level 2 journey thus far.
Allowing me to practice Reiki and it will be included as part of my crystal healing.
